How to Archive and Unarchive Leads

Learn how to register the main reasons for archiving a lead, how to archive a lead, and how to reverse this action.

HOW TO CREATE A REASON TO ARCHIVE A LEAD

When you create an Ally account, some of the most common archiving reasons are already pre-registered. However, you can create new reasons for better system organization if needed.


STEP 1

Click on the Profile Picture Icon in the upper-right corner > Settings > Reasons to Archive Lead > Add Reason.

STEP 2

The "Add Reason" window will open, allowing you to add a reason to your list of archiving reasons:

  1. Write the name of your reason.

  2. Click "Save".

Note:

Once created, you can:

  1. Edit them by clicking the blue pen icon.

  2. Delete them by clicking the red trash bin icon.

The reasons apply to all offices in your account, meaning they cannot be separated by office.


ARCHIVING A LEAD

Click on CRM in the top menu > Students (leads).

Find the lead profile you wish to archive and click on the red archive icon.


UNARCHIVING A LEAD

Archived leads are hidden from your student list. To view them, you need to enable the "Archived Students Only" filter.

To reverse the action, go to the student's profile and click "Unarchive".
