STEP 1 - Access
Go to the student's profile by navigating to CRM > Students (Leads) in the top menu.
Click on the blue pencil icon to edit the student's profile.
STEP 2 - Add WhatsApp to the Lead’s Profile
Insert the student’s WhatsApp number into the Phone field under Primary Info.
The country code is automatically set when you select the student’s nationality, but you can adjust it if needed.
Important: Ensure the phone number is entered in the correct format, without parentheses or hyphens (e.g., 5516996002496).
STEP 3 - Contacting via WhatsApp
Once the WhatsApp number is added, click on the WhatsApp icon to initiate the conversation.
You can access this icon either from the Lead’s Profile or the Lead’s Card in the Pipeline.
3. A new tab will open, redirecting you to WhatsApp Web. Ensure you are logged into the app to begin the conversation.
