How to Create an Experience

Learn how to create tours and visits in Ally under the Experiences section!

Step 1 – Access

Click on Marketing > Experiences.


Step 2 – Create a New Experience

Click on New Experience.


Step 3 – Fill in the Experience Information

Complete the information about the experience, such as:

  • Partner

  • Name

  • Short Call-to-Action

  • Category

  • Duration

  • Description

  • Date


Step 4 – Add Media

You can add media such as a YouTube video, banner, shared image, and create an image gallery for the experience.


Step 5 – Fill in your Itinerary

Describe what will happen each day of the experience. To create the days, click on “Add another day.”


Step 6 – Select the Amenities

Click on the amenities your experience offers. Choose from: Accommodation, Activities, Travel Assistance, Transportation, Meals, and Attraction Tickets.


Step 7 – Complete the values related to this Experience

Define a currency, a group (nationality), the duration, and the departure date. You can also add another value by clicking on “Add Value.”
