STEP 1 - Access
Go to the top menu and select Quote > Educational Institutions.
On this screen, you will see all schools in the database, as well as the ones you’ve created.
STEP 2 - Add School Information
In the top-right corner, click the green button "Add My Own School".
A pop-up window will appear for you to fill in the school’s details.
Fill in the Following Fields:
School Name (mandatory):
Use the standard format:
Add the school’s acronym in uppercase, followed by the full school name.
Example: ABC – School Name
School Logo: Upload an image containing the school’s logo.
Online Quote Banner: Upload an image to display as the banner in online quotes sent to students.
Description: Add a description of the school in English, Portuguese, or Spanish.
Once all fields are complete, click the green button "Create School" at the bottom.
A confirmation message "Good Job!" will appear once the school is successfully created.
STEP 3 - Find the Created School
Use the search bar to locate the school you just created by typing its name.
Schools created by you will be labeled as "My School".
Alternatively, go to the "My Schools" tab and search for your school by name.
STEP 4 - Edit the School
To edit the school, click the gear icon on the right side of the screen, then select "Edit School".
A pop-up window will open, allowing you to update any details.
After making changes, click the green "Edit School" button at the bottom to save your updates.
Important Notes:
Automatic Partner Creation:
When you create a school, the system automatically creates a Partner for that school, accessible under Quote > Partners.
Deleting Schools:
If you delete a school, you will lose access to the registered school information.
However, any quotes, fees, or accommodations associated with the school will remain available.
Deleting Accommodations or Fees:
To remove accommodations or fees, go to Quote > Partners, use the filters, and delete the desired entries.
