STEP 1 - Access
Go to Quote > My Fees.
STEP 2 - Create a Fee
On the fees page, you will see a list of:
Any fees you have already created.
Fees that were duplicated with schools from Ally's database.
To create a new fee, click the green "Create Fee" button in the top-right corner.
STEP 3 - Add Fee Details
After clicking "Create Fee", a screen will open where you can input the fee details.
Fill in all required fields, then click the green button at the bottom to save the fee.
Important Notes:
Select Partner: Choose the school to which the fee belongs.
If the fee is your own, you can set the partner as "My Own" or create a partner using your agency’s name.
Currency: Make sure to use the same currency registered for the campus where the fee applies to avoid discrepancies during quoting.
STEP 4 - Add Fee Values
After creating the fee, you will be redirected to the "Add Values" screen.
Fill in the following details:
Nationality: Specify which nationalities the values apply to.
Billing Frequency: Choose how the fee is charged (e.g., per day, week, month, etc.).
Fixed or Variable Values:
If the fee is fixed for a specific period, check "Fixed".
If it varies, fill in the time range and the corresponding value for each range.
Once completed, click "Add Value".
Results:
The values you’ve added will appear on the right side of the screen, linked to the fee.
STEP 5 - Edit Fees
To edit an existing fee, click the gear icon next to the fee name.
Select the desired option (e.g., edit details, add values, or delete the fee).
Pro Tip - Finding Your Fees in Quotes:
All fees you create will appear in the "My Fees" tab.
When creating a quote, always check the "My Fees" tab to locate the fee.
Use the search bar to quickly find the fee by name and add it to your quote.
