Overview

Every Alongspace is build around the ability to track stakeholder engagement. The tracking abilities include the engagement of seller and of buyer members.

Objective engagement data allows you to get a better understanding of the buyer's intent throughout sales and customer success motions. It also allows you to get a 360Β° understanding of the buying journey, which allows you to improve the buying experience more easily.

It reduces the amount of guesswork you operate with while managing buying relationships via email and other scattered workflows while bundling the buying experience with in an Alongspace.

Engagement page

Every Alongspace has a dedicate section or page that provides all the engagement data you have received. Access this page by simply clicking on the "Engagement" button in your navbar.

Engagement timeline

Every Alongspace shows a timeline broken down into 30 day overviews of the past engagement. This overview is broken down into a timeline for the buying team and for the selling team separately.

Stakeholder comparing

The engagement overview allows you to compare the engagement per stakeholder by selecting different stakeholders in the left sidebar. You can then see on the timeline when each selected stakeholder was active. On top of that, you have a breakdown of the engagement on the right sidebar for a simplified overview.

Engagement highlights

Key engagement highlights are summarised below the engagement timeline. By simply hovering over the engagement timeline, you are able to access engagement highlights specific for a single day.

Space visits

You can also review each individual visit to understand what content or information each stakeholder engaged with, so that you can get a full understanding how long someone has looked at what.
