Overview

Creating internal content in Along allows you to keep content hidden from the external stakeholders or buyer members. The internal content can either be made public when necessary or kept internal to optimise workflows and communication with your team as well.

Content types

All content in an Alongspace is created within sections and actions. The visibility of all content can be controlled by defining if a content or section is marked as internal or public.

Action visibility

Controlling the visibility of an action via the sub-page. Simply switch the toggle on or off to set the action internal or public.

Setting an action internal always triggers a confirmation modal the first time this action is made internal. This is a confirmation to make sure you do not set an action to internal by accident.

Section visibility

Controlling the visibility of a section via the edit dropdown. Simply set the section internal or public from here.
