Updated over 2 weeks ago

In any cloud cost management system, notification channels play a vital role in ensuring users stay informed about important updates, alerts, and cost-related activities. They serve as the bridge between the platform and its users, helping teams respond quickly to potential issues and manage cloud costs more effectively.

Within Octo, the Channel Management feature provides this capability by allowing you to receive alerts through three main channels: Email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. This ensures that no matter what communication tool your team prefers, you’ll always stay on top of critical notifications and updates related to your cloud management.
