Keeping track of important details related to your loads is easy with the Notes feature. Whether you need to add reminders, special instructions, or updates for your team, you can quickly attach notes to any load in just a few clicks
Method 1: Adding Notes via the Management Ribbon
This method allows you to add notes while viewing a specific load’s details.
Open the load you want to add a note to.
Locate the Management Ribbon.
Click on the Notes button.
A notes panel will appear, where you can type in your message or view existing notes.
Once you’ve entered your note, click Save to ensure it is attached to the load.
Method 2: Adding Notes from the Load Board
If you’re working from the Load Board and need to quickly add or view notes, you can do so with a simple right-click.
Navigate to the Load Board where your list of loads is displayed.
Locate the load you want to add a note to.
Right-click on the load to open the options menu.
Select View Notes from the dropdown list.
A notes panel will appear, allowing you to add or edit existing notes.
Enter your note and click Save to attach it to the load.
