ここでは、商標検索画面（https://amazing.dx.harakenzo.com/app/search/）の操作手順を解説します。
①商標を入力
商標
出願を検討されている商標の文字を入力してください。
標準文字で出願できない文字商標や、図形商標につきましては、できるだけ標準文字に近い文字列を入力してください。
特殊記号などを入力されますと、正確に検索できない場合がございます。
ヨミガナ
商標の読み方を、全角ひらがな、または全角カタカナで入力してください。
ひらがな、カタカナ以外の文字を入力されますと、正確に検索できない場合がございます。
ヨミガナが複数考えられる場合は、全てのヨミガナで検索を行うことをお勧めします。
ヨミガナが複数考えられる商標の出願ご依頼の際には、いずれのヨミガナでの商標検索結果を選択してご依頼いただいても問題ありません。
両方の入力が終わりましたら、「設定」を押してください。
②商品・サービスを決める
商品・サービスを選択
ご自身のビジネスに該当する区分を展開し、区分内の商品・サービスにチェックを入れてください。
取扱い商品・サービスで検索
例えば、服を販売されている方でしたら、「商品・サービスで検索してみる」の検索欄に「服」と入力し、その検索結果を参考に、商品・サービスをチェックすることができます。
ご自身のビジネスに相当する商品・サービスが分からない場合、チャットからお問合せください。
この調査画面で選択できない商品・サービスについて出願したい場合は、Amazing DXではご依頼いただけません。Premiumコースとなりますので、当所Webサイトか、直接メール (ipkenzo@harakenzo.com)にてご依頼ください。
③検索結果
検索結果が右側に表示されます。
ご注意
先行商標の有無の判断が行われるだけであり、識別力*についての判断は行われません。
識別力が極めて低く、登録できない態様の商標である場合、出願ご依頼後に弁理士より連絡いたします。
*識別力とは: 登録商標は需要者が何人かの業務に係る商品・サービスであることが認識できるもの(識別性を有するもの)でなければなりません。例えば、商品「箸」を指定して商標「おてもと」を登録することはできません。
④商標出願を依頼する
商標出願依頼
商標検索した商標及び商品・サービスにて、出願依頼を行うことが可能です。
ページ下部にございます「商標出願依頼」ボタンを押してください。
会員登録／ログイン
会員登録画面に移るので、新規ご登録の方は会員登録を、既に会員の方はログインしてください。

商標検索結果の保存
会員登録をしていただけますと、商標検索結果を検討中として保存することが可能になります。
保存した商標検索結果は、マイページで確認可能です。
1. Enter the Trademark

Please note that special symbols may prevent accurate searches.
If you wish to file a logo/figurative mark, please enter a word relevant as long as possible.

Yomigana
Yomigana means the Japanese reading of the trademark. (e.g. Yomiganas of "Amazing DX" are "アメイジングデイエックス"、"アメージングディーエックス" etc.)
If you don't know the yomigana of the mark, please ask us.
If the word mark has multiple Yomigana, we will recommend to search for all Yomigana.
When requesting the trademark application to Amazing DX and the trademark has multiple Yomigana, it does not matter which of trademark search results in Yomigana you select.

2. Select the Goods / Services
Please expand the classes which suit your business, and place a check mark the categories of goods / services in the classes.

3. Search results
Please click "SEARCH" button to display the search results.
In this search, only the possibility of registration depending on the presence of prior trademarks is judged, not the possibility depending on "distinctiveness of the trademark"
*1 Only the trademarks, which allow consumers to recognize who the goods / services is related to (in other words, which has "distinctiveness"), can be registered. For example, the trademark "AME" (which means "candy" in Japanese) cannot be registered by designating the goods "candy".
*2 If the trademark you wish to file is extremely low in "distinctiveness" and cannot be registered, we will inform you after your trademark application request.
4. Request to file the trademark application
REQUEST APPLICATION
You can request to file the trademark application with the searched trademark and goods / services. Please click "REQUEST APPLICATION" button at the bottom of the page.
Member registration / Login
After "REQUEST APPLICATION", you will be taken to the member registration screen. If you are not a member, please register as a member, and if you are already member, please log in.

Save the trademark search results
If you register as a member before the trademark search, you can save the search results as under consideration.
You can check the saved search results on Mypage.
