■商標出願依頼

マイページの「出願に進む」又は商標検索後に表れる「商標出願依頼」ボタンより、商標出願依頼が可能です。

■必要事項の記入

出願人情報、商標に関する情報をご入力ください。

依頼契約書を確認後、同意欄にチェックを入れてください。

その後、「出願を依頼する」のボタンをクリックしてください。

必須項目未入力の場合、先に進めません。

■見積書取得

「見積書」ボタンを押すと、見積書が表示されます。

■出願費用お支払い

クレジットカードにてお支払ください。

下記のカード会社がご利用可能です。

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club

また、クレジットカードと同様の番号を有するプリペイドカード（Vプリカ等）もご利用可能です。

領収書は商標出願依頼後に表示可能になるお支払情報ページより発行いただけます。

■依頼完了

Amazing DXのスタッフから、弁理士メッセージのチャット欄に、商標出願依頼を拝受した旨のメッセージが届きます。

営業時間内での対応となります。

夜間や休日にご依頼頂いた場合、翌営業時間にメッセージが届きます。

■ Trademark application request

You can request a trademark application by clicking the "The process of Application" button on My Page or the "REQUEST APPLICATION" button that appears after trademark search.

■ Fill in the required items

Please enter the applicant information and trademark information.

After confirming the contract to request, please check the column.

After that, click the "REQUEST AN APPLICATION".

If you do not enter the required items, you will not be able to proceed.

■ Obtaining a quotation

Click the "ESTIMATE" button to display the quotation.

■Payment method

Please pay by credit cards.

The following card companies can be used.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club

In addition, Prepaid cards that have a number similar to credit cards (such as "V-preca") can also be used.

Receipts can be issued from the "Payment information" page.

■ Request completed

The AmazingDX staff will send a message to the effect that the trademark application request has been accepted in the chat column of the attorney's message.

It will be handled during business hours.

If you request at night or on holidays in Japan, you will receive a message during the next business hours.
