※日本においては、出願時に委任状の提出も不要となります。
※未成年者が商標出願する場合等、書類が必要となる場合もございます。
但し、どのような商標を、どのような商品・サービスに使用するのか、といった情報等をご用意頂く必要はあります。

Basically, there are NO documents which you need to prepare when filing a trademark.
*1 In Japan, the Power of Attorney is also NOT required when filing a trademark.
*2 There are cases in which the documents are required, such as a minor files a trademark.
However, you need to prepare the information, e.g. the trademark you wish to file, the goods / services which will use the trademark.
