出願公開まで2～3週間お待ちください
出願された商標が特許庁のデータベース（J-PlatPat）で検索可能になるまで、2～3週間かかります。
審査結果をお待ちください
商標出願後、出願に問題がないか、特許庁が審査を行います。
※通常、6か月程度はかかりますが、早期審査を請求することで、審査を早められる場合があります。
審査の結果が出ましたら、こちらからご案内しますので、それまでお待ちください。
審査の結果、拒絶理由通知を受けた場合
商標出願後、商標等に問題が発見された場合、特許庁から拒絶理由通知が送られてきます。
拒絶理由通知を受けても、応答を行えば、再度審査が行われ、登録されることがあります。
審査の結果、登録が認められた場合
商標出願後、特許庁から商標に問題がない旨の査定（登録査定）がなされた場合、商標を登録させるために「登録料を納付」する必要があります。
納付する登録料は、ご希望される年数に応じて変わりますので、登録査定を受けてからご案内します。
登録後数年ごとに行うこと
商標権を消滅させないためには、一定期間ごとに更新料を納付する必要があります。
納付の期限が近づいて参りましたら、その旨ご案内しますので、それまでお待ちください。

After filing a trademark application to JPO, if any problems are found in the trademark application, JPO will send us "Notification of Reasons for Refusal".
Then you need to respond to this notification in order to register the trademark.
On the other hand, if there is NO problem in a trademark application, JPO will make "Decision to Grant a Trademark Registration".
Then you need to pay "Registration Fee" to JPO in order to register the trademark.
And after registering the trademark, you need to pay "Renewal Fee" to JPO at regular intervals in order to keep the trademark rights.
