商標出願のご依頼を頂いた後は、以下の流れで進みます。
■弁理士による確認
ご依頼頂いた商標を弁理士が確認いたします。
明らかに登録可能性がない商標につきましては、弁理士メッセージを通して事前にご連絡差し上げます。
■出願書類案文の作成・確認
AmazingDXスタッフにて出願書類案文を作成致します。
弁理士メッセージを通して確認依頼が届きますので、ご確認の上、出願指示をお願いいたします。
■出願
出願指示をいただきましたら、24時間以内（休業日を除く）に、弁理士法人 HARAKENZO WORLD PATENT & TRADEMARKを代理人として出願を行います。
出願が完了しましたら、弁理士メッセージを通じて、提出した出願書類及び特許庁の受領書をお送りします。
■ Confirmation by attorney staff
The attorney staff will confirm the requested trademark.
For trademarks that are clearly unregisterable, we will contact you in advance through the attorney's message.
■ Preparation of an application document by attorney staff
The AmazingDX staff will prepare an application document.
If you need to confirm a draft of application document, please let us know it.
■Filing trademark application
After we receive your final instruction, we will file a trademark application within 24 hours (excluding holidays) with HARAKENZO WORLD PATENT & TRADEMARK acting as your attorney.
When we finish filing a trademark application, we will send a document as filed and an official filing receipt through the attorney's message.
