＜通知の送付＞

特許庁からの通知が届きましたら、弁理士メッセージを通じてデータをお送りします。通知への応答等は別費用です。

特許庁から届く通知の例：

・登録査定

・登録証（データだけでなく原本もお送りします。）

・異議申立書、審判請求書

＜期限管理＞

期限管理を行い、適切な時期に弁理士メッセージを通じてお知らせします。

管理する期限の例：

<Sending notification>

When we receive the notification from the Japan Patent Office, we will send you the data through the attorney's message. There are additional costs to respond to notifications.

・ Decision to grant a trademark registration

・ Registration certificate (We will send you not only the data but also the original)

・ Opposition, appeal request

<Deadline management>
