We understand that our patients have diverse needs. Some may be beginners to GLP-1 medications, while others might have been on the medication for over a year.
Our treatment programs are designed with this in mind. Pharmacies are unable to provide custom medication fills for patients, so our dosing is mapped out to ensure you are left with the right amount of medication to last you until your refill.
It is important to know that if you deviate from your prescribed dosing schedule this most likely will cause odd gaps in your treatment and you may have to request a refill sooner than expected which will incur the corresponding charge. We are more than happy to accommodate this but want to ensure our customers are informed on dosing deviations.
If patients make requests from our physicians that fall outside of our designed programs, we may not be able to accommodate them due to these standardized fills our partners use.
