Before you can syndicate product data or export marketplace templates in PXM, you must first create a channel. Channels allow you to connect to external platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, or other marketplaces.
This guide walks you through how to create both API channels and Custom channels in PXM.
Overview
Creating a channel enables you to:
Upload and manage marketplace templates
Connect to supported marketplace APIs
Begin product data syndication
Channels can be configured for:
API-connected marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart)
Non-API marketplaces (e.g., Chewy or other custom platforms)
How to Create a Channel

In the left-hand sidebar, click Settings
Select the Marketplaces tab
