Forgot your password? Use the reset password option. You can reset your account password as long as you have access to your E-mail address.
To reset your password:
On the login page, type in your email and click continue. Then click the ‘Forgot Password’ button.
After clicking the reset password button you will be sent an email to reset your password. Make sure you are checking the email you listed on the account.
Check your e-mail inbox. The email will come from support-admin@pattern.com and will provide a password reset link.
Then click the “Reset Password” link on your e-mail. It will take you back to the PXM Login screen where you enter your new password twice.
