Password Reset not Working

To reset your own password or if you forgot your password please follow the instructions found in the "Password Reset" article, found here:

If you are an Admin or a Super Admin, there is a way to reset passwords for other users within your organization.

  1. From the homepage of the User Interface, click on ‘Admin’ then ‘Users’. This will take you to the admin portal.

  2. From the this users portal, use the search feature or scroll to find the user you are looking for, then click on the three dots on the far right:

  3. Select ‘Send Password Reset’, then click on ‘Confirm’ to send the email.

  4. The user will then receive the same ‘Reset your Password’ email as above. They should follow the instructions to log back in.

    Notes:

-You can help users reset their password but the email cannot be changed at this point. If you are looking to change the email of a user, a new user will have to be created.

-If users are having issues resetting their passwords (IE an admin sent out the reset password email and its not working), try selecting ‘Deactivate User’ instead, then switch to the ‘Inactive Tab’ and click the ‘Reactivate User’ button.
