If your finished video looks soft or unclear, the most common reason is the quality of the photos you uploaded. Our system can only work with what’s provided - if the original image is low resolution, heavily compressed, or taken from a screenshot, the final video will reflect that.
How to fix it:
Use high-resolution photos whenever possible (straight from the camera or listing site).
Avoid screenshots or images copied from social media, since these are often compressed.
Check that your image isn’t stretched or scaled down before uploading.
The sharper the starting image, the clearer your video will look.
