At Amplify, we partner with third-party platforms such as ClassPass, and Urban Sports Club to offer select classes. Below are the policies regarding third-party bookings and the limitations on available class schedules.
1. Limited Class Availability for Third-Party Bookings
A limited number of classes and spots are available for booking through third-party platforms.
Third-party users may have access to a limited number of classes per location and time slot.
Class schedules for third-party bookings are subject to change based on availability and demand.
Amplify reserves the right to adjust third-party booking availability without prior notice.
2. Booking and Cancellation Policy for Third-Party Users
All third-party bookings must be made directly through the respective platform (e.g., ClassPass, Urban Sports Club).
Cancellations and modifications must be handled through the third-party platform, not through Amplify.
Amplify is not responsible for refunds, reschedules, or missed classes booked through third-party services, as Amplify does not have access to their system.
If a class is canceled by Amplify, users should contact the third-party platform regarding any applicable refund or credit policy.
3. Check-In & Studio Access
Third-party users must check in at the front desk before class begins.
Late arrivals are subject to Amplify’s late policy, and failing to check-in must be resolved through the third-party support team.
4. Priority Access for Amplify Members & Direct Bookings
Amplify members and direct bookings have priority access to class schedules.
Third-party slots are limited and may be unavailable during peak times.
To guarantee your preferred class schedule, we recommend purchasing a membership or class pack directly through Amplify.
5. Upgrading to Full Access
If you frequently book through a third-party service but want access to the full class schedule, consider becoming an Amplify member to gain full schedule access and additional benefits.
