At Amplify, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a fair and flexible cancellation policy. Below are the guidelines for canceling classes.
Class Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booked class, please follow these steps:
Log in to your account on our website.
Navigate to "My Classes" in your profile.
Select the class you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation prompts.
Cancellation Deadlines:
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class – The credit will be automatically refunded to your account.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class – The credit is forfeited unless you provide valid documentation for a medical or emergency reason.
If you do not cancel and fail to attend the class, it will be marked as a No Show, and the credit will be deducted from your account.
Class Cancellation by Amplify
If Amplify needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will automatically receive a class credit refund.
If a class’s coach has been changed last minute, you can send us a message to request to receive your credit back or reschedule to a different time or studio.
Late Cancellation Credit Return Policy
At Amplify, we strive to be fair and accommodating while maintaining class availability for all members.
Below is a list of reasons where we may issue a credit return for a late cancellation, as well as reasons where we are unable to provide a credit return.
✅ Reasons We Will Return a Credit for a Late Cancellation:
Medical Emergency, Illness, or Pregnancy – A doctor’s note or medical documentation is required.
Emergency Service Work – If you are unexpectedly called into duty (e.g., healthcare workers, firefighters, police officers).
Extreme Weather Conditions or Travel Disruptions – If severe weather or strikes on public transportation prevent you from reaching the studio.
Family Emergency – If you experience an urgent, unforeseen family matter that requires immediate attention.
❌ Reasons We Cannot Return a Credit for a Late Cancellation:
Forgetting About the Class – We kindly ask members to manage their schedules and set reminders.
Oversleeping
Work or Social Commitments – Changes in your work schedule, meetings running late, or last-minute social plans are not eligible.
Illness Without Documentation – Request for return of credit without a doctor’s note.
Missed Class Without Notice – If you do not cancel in advance and do not inform us of an issue, the credit cannot be returned.
How to Request a Credit Return for a Late Cancellation
If you believe your situation qualifies for a credit return, please submit a "Return Credit" ticket through our support chat and provide:
Your full name and account details.
The class date and time you were unable to attend.
Any supporting documentation (if applicable).
We will review your request as soon as possible and notify you of the outcome.
