🗓️ Subscription Management

How to upgrade, downgrade, freeze, cancel, or change your renewal date of a subscription.

Updated this week

At Amplify, our subscriptions require a minimum 2-month commitment to ensure consistency in your training and allow us to offer the best Subscription benefits.

Below are the policies and procedures for freezing, upgrading, downgrading, canceling, and changing your renewal date.

✍️ 1. Managing Your Subscription

Requests to make any changes to your subscription must be submitted at least 5 days before your freeze or next renewal date to be processed in time.

🚫 Requests made on or after the renewal date will not be eligible for a refund unless specified otherwise.

🔝 2. Upgrading Your Subscription

If you would like to switch to a higher-tier subscription for more benefits or increased class access:

✔️ How to Upgrade:

  1. Submit a "Update Subscription" ticket through our support chat with your upgrade request.

  2. Your new subscription plan will continue at the updated rate on your next billing cycle.

  3. You will retain access to your current plan until the end of its current cycle.

Important Notes:.

  • Any remaining class credits from your current plan will not carry over to the upgraded subscription.

  • Upgrades can be requested before the end of the 2-month commitment period. Once you upgrade, a new 2-month commitment period must be completed before you can request to cancel or downgrade again.

  • It is necessary to request to cancel your current subscription before changing to a new subscription. Failure to request may result in simultaneously active subscriptions.

⬇️ 3. Downgrading Your Subscription

If you wish to switch to a lower-tier subscription, your request must be made at least 5 days before your renewal date.

✔️ How to Downgrade:

  1. Submit a "Update Subscription" ticket through our support chat with your downgrade request.

  2. The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

  3. You will retain access to your current plan until the end of its current cycle.

Important Notes:

  • Downgrades do not take effect immediately—you will remain on your current plan until the next billing cycle.

  • Any unused credits from your previous subscription will expire at the end of the cycle.

❄️ 4. Freezing Your Subscription

If you need to temporarily pause your subscription due to travel, injury, or personal reasons, you may request a freeze.

✔️ Freeze Policy:

  • Subscriptions can be frozen once per year for up to 4 weeks.

  • A freeze request must be submitted at least 5 days before your next renewal date.

  • During the freeze period, payments will be paused, and your remaining credits will be saved until your subscription resumes.

  • You will not be able to schedule any classes during a freeze.

  • Freezes will cause your renewal date to be changed to accommodate your calendar month billing cycle. (ex. A 14-day freeze will move your renewal date 14 days later.)

  • Freezes due to sickness, injury, or other medical reasons can be requested at any time for more than 4 weeks with medical proof.

  • To unfreeze your subscription before its scheduled date, please submit a ticket through our support chat. Requests to unfreeze an account must be made at least 5 business days prior.

✔️ How to Request a Freeze:

  1. Submit a "Freeze Subscription" ticket through our support chat with your freeze request.

  2. Specify the duration of the freeze (up to 4 weeks).

  3. Wait for confirmation from our team.

🚫 Freeze requests cannot be applied retroactively and must be scheduled in advance.

❌ 5. Canceling Your Subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription after completing the 2-month minimum commitment, your request must be made at least 5 days before your renewal date.

To cancel your subscription, please submit a "Cancel Subscription" ticket through our support chat.

Your credits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after your final billing cycle.

  • 🚫 Requests made on or after the renewal date are not eligible for refunds.

  • 🚫Early cancellations before completing the 2-month commitment are not permitted.

  • 🚫 Unused credits cannot be extended, transferred, or refunded.

📅 6. Changing Your Billing Renewal Date

Adjusting your billing renewal date means cancelling your subscription and may be requested after completing the 2-month commitment period.

✔️ How to Change Your Billing Renewal Date:

  1. Submit a "Cancel Subscription" ticket through our support chat to cancel your subscription.

  2. If approved, the payment will be taken immediately, and your new subscription will be deposited on the new renewal date.

  3. Any active credits from your previous subscription will remain active until the end of the previous subscription’s billing cycle.

  • 🚫 The system does not allow frequent modifications for renewal dates.

  • 🚫 Unused credits cannot be extended, transferred, or refunded.

  • 🚫 Please cancel your current subscription before changing to a new one.

    • If you don’t cancel your initial subscription before activating a new one, the system will charge you twice, and no refund will be possible.
