Requesting an Invoice
To request an invoice, please submit a "Invoice Request" ticket through our support chat and provide:
Account Information (Full name and registered email address).
Purchase Details (Date of purchase, item or subscription purchased, and payment method).
Invoice Requirements (Any specific information that needs to be included, such as company name or address).
Once your request is submitted, our team will process it promptly and send you the necessary documentation.
Important Note on NIF (Tax ID Number)
If you require an invoice with a NIF (Tax ID Number), ensure that it is added to your account before making a purchase.
If your NIF is not on file prior to the transaction, sufficient additional time will be required to generate your invoice.
To avoid delays, we recommend updating your NIF in your account settings before completing a purchase.
