If your file isn’t uploading or converting, start by refreshing the page. Sometimes the upload or conversion finishes in the background, and the status will update to "Ready."
If the issue continues, check that:
The file is in .fbx format (support for more formats is coming soon)
The file is under 200MB in size (larger file support is on the way)
Files that meet these requirements should upload and begin converting automatically.
