💰 Refund Policy

Answers to scenarios that have prompted you to ask for a refund.

Updated over a week ago

🚫 Our general policy is that due to the quality, nature of time, and value our services offer - we provide no refunds or subscription rollovers.

🙁 Dissatisfaction with Design Concepts

Client requests a refund because they are unhappy with the initial design concepts.

If you somehow find that you are unhappy with initial design concepts, we hope that you can take advantage of the fact that we offer unlimited revisions - but refunds are not provided based on design disapproval. You can log-in to your account here, and cancel your subscription.

📆 Missed Deadlines

Client requests a refund due to missed project deadlines.

Once AndJungle™ communicates that the work is ready for review, it is up to the client to respond in a timely manner (whether the work is approved or needs revision). Once we receive said response we will either begin the revision process or begin working on the next task in the Backlog. While each subscription comes with a set number of requests, the ability of AndJungle™ to fulfill those requests in the timeframe allotted (1 month) is solely dependent upon the responsiveness of the client. AndJungle™ provides no guarantee, rollover, nor refund for work not accomplished in the given timeframe if it is deemed that the client was unresponsive and/or would not comply with our process(es).

🌪 Unforeseen Circumstances

Client requests a refund due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a business closure or change in project direction.

AndJungle does not provide refunds for circumstances that exist outside of the client-agency relationship.

💻 Technical Issues or Errors

Client requests a refund due to technical issues or errors in the final deliverables.

In our revision process, we encourage you to review any work that we have done for errors, whether visual or grammatical. We will amend any deliverable, granted that the request is made while the subscription is still live. If the subscription is no longer live, we ask that you re-subscribe and make a request.

While we desire that all of our clients are satisfied with our work and process, we understand that design can create subjective outcomes. Please know that we've done our best to aid and assist you in creating your brand, startup, or company assets.
