Setting Up Your CRM Integration with Angi

Connect your external Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with Angi to receive leads in one place.

Written by Jenna Larson

If you use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, you can streamline your operations by connecting it with Angi.

Setting up an integration with one of our partners

  1. Sign in to your Angi account in a web browser.

  2. Hover over the My business tab and select Integrations.

  3. Find the tile for your CRM and select Connect.

  4. Complete any steps listed and select Connect to allow your Angi leads to be sent to your CRM.

Once the set up is complete, all leads from Angi will be automatically sent to your CRM so you can continue your operations in one place.

Please note, pros using ServiceTitan will need to follow these instructions for more information about how to integrate.

Setting up all other integrations

If your CRM does not appear on the Integrations tab of your Angi account, you will need to have the following information gathered:

  • Your Angi ID. To find this information:

    • Using the Angi for Pros site: Sign in and select your company name in the top-right corner. Next to your city and state location, you’ll see “ID:” followed by your company ID.

    • Using the Angi for Pros app: Sign in and select the person icon in the top-right corner. Then, select Account credentials and look for your ID.

  • The email address you would like to connect to your CRM

  • Your unique webhook URL (provided by your CRM contact)

  • CRM key (if one is required)

  • Confirmation that your CRM provider can accept our JSON formatting (your CRM contact will know)

Once you have this information, email the above to crmintegrations@angi.com and our team will connect the integration for you.

Angi sends your leads to your CRM using a standard setup. For an example and list of all the information we include with each lead, please review the Angi Lead Integration API article for partners. If your CRM doesn’t support this setup directly, you may be able to use a tool like Zapier to help connect the two.
