As both an Angi and a Jobber customer, you can streamline your operations by automatically sending leads from Angi to Jobber.
Eligibility for the integration
You must be a pro in the Angi network with a paid Jobber plan (including Core, Connect, and Grow plans).
Set up the integration
Before you connect Jobber to your Angi account, make sure you’re signed in to Jobber. Once you’re signed in:
Open your Angi business account.
Hover over the My business tab and click on Integrations.
Find the Jobber tile and select Connect.
If needed, select the account you’d like to connect from the dropdown.
Select Allow to allow data sharing between Angi and Jobber.
If the connection is successful, you’ll see a message that the Jobber integration is now active and a green checkmark will appear on the tile. If it’s not successful, you can try again.
How the integration works
Each new lead from Angi creates a new client and request in Jobber. Leads from Angi are labeled with “Angi” and include the homeowner’s name, contact info, and service request details. These details cannot be edited because they reflect what the homeowner has requested.
If the lead matches a client that already exists in Jobber, the integration will update the existing client in your Jobber account as long as the first and last names and either a phone number or email address match. Any additional contact information (such as an address, email, or phone number) will be automatically added to the client in Jobber.
Once the set up is complete, all leads that come in through Angi will be automatically sent to Jobber so you can access your leads in one place. You can also sign in to the Angi for Pros app or your Angi business account at any time to view all lead details in your Leads tab.
