Control the Times You Receive Leads

Set your business hours to only receive leads when you want. Plus, pause and resume your lead flow as needed.

We understand that sometimes you’re not available to respond to new leads. During those times, you can use automated messages to reply to homeowners instantly.

If you’d prefer not to receive any new leads for a period of time or during certain hours of the day, you can pause leads and set business hours to allow you to control when we present you to homeowners.

Please note that pausing leads does not pause your contract, and you may get fewer leads for the month than you otherwise would have if you were active to match 24/7.

Note: These features are not available for pros who only purchase Opportunity leads. For pros who receive Opportunities in addition to traditional leads, you will continue to receive Opportunities outside of your business hours, even if you turn off other leads with these features.


In the Angi for Pros app:

  1. Sign in to the Angi for Pros app.

  2. Tap the Account icon in the top right corner.

  3. Scroll to the Leads settings section and tap on the Leads are: section by the briefcase icon.

  4. Scroll to the Additional settings section.

  5. To pause your leads, toggle on the Pause your leads button from gray to blue. You’ll select a timeframe for your pause. You can also toggle from blue back to gray to resume your lead flow.

  6. To only receive leads during business hours, toggle the Only receive leads during business hours button from gray to blue. Click the blue Edit business hours link to set your hours at any time. Toggle from blue back to gray to turn off business hours and receive leads at all times. Setting business hours is only available in the Angi for Pros app at this time.


In a web browser:

  1. Hover over the Leads tab and click Manage lead volume.

  2. Click the blue Pause leads button. You’ll select a timeframe for your pause. You can also resume your lead flow manually at any time.
