How to Respond to a Lead or Claimed Deal

Angi for Pros site:

  1. Sign in to the Angi for Pros site.

  2. Click on Leads in the header.

  3. You can click on any new or old lead to access a homeowner's contact information. Note: If a Deal was claimed it will be labeled as 'Claimed Deal' with details about the specific offer.

  4. Click on a lead to expand the details of their project. You can communicate via call/text, email, or by sending a message from the Angi for Pros site.

  5. Clicking on Contact will provide you with a temporary phone number you can use to call and/or text.

  6. Clicking on Message will take you to a message thread within the Angi for Pros site. From there, you will be able to send a message directly to the homeowner. The homeowner will receive the message as both a text and through the Angi messaging platform.

    1. The text will come from the temporary number assigned to the homeowner's lead, not from your actual number. So be sure to introduce your company and provide necessary contact info in your initial message.

Angi Pro Ads app:

  1. Tap Leads at the bottom of your screen.

  2. Select a lead to follow up with the homeowner. Note: If a Deal was claimed it will be labeled as 'Claimed Deal' with details about the specific offer.

  3. Tapping on a lead will expand the details of their project. You can communicate via call, email, or by sending a message through the Angi Pro Ads app. Remember, that sending a message will also send the homeowner a text!

  4. Clicking on Call will allow you to make a call directly to the homeowner through the temporary number assigned to their lead.

  5. Clicking on Message will take you to a message thread within the app. From there, you will be able to send a message directly to the homeowner. The homeowner will receive the message as both a text and through the Angi messaging platform.

    1. The text will come from the temporary number assigned to the homeowner's lead, not from your actual number. So be sure to introduce your company and provide necessary contact info in your initial message.

  6. If you prefer to Email the homeowner, hold your finger on the email address to copy it and then paste it into your preferred email app, or tap on the email address to open your default email app.
