How to Update my Service Area

Keep your service area accurate so you connect with consumers in the right neighborhoods (desktop & Angi app)

Updating your service area in the Angi for Pros site

  1. Go to the Angi for Pros site and sign in.

  2. Hover over My business in the header.

  3. Select Service area in the menu. 

4. You’ll be taken to a new screen with a map showing your current Service Area selections in red coral. Click the Edit service locations button in the top right.
Note: advertising areas are shown in navy blue and are not editable. 

5. When you hover your mouse over different zones on the map, the zip code for that zone will appear. You may click or unclick different zip codes on the map to select or remove them from your service area. 

You also have the option to remove all service areas (not including navy blue advertising areas) by clicking the Reset Service Area link, which is centered directly above the map.

All zip codes you want to include in your service area should be highlighted coral red.

Once you have confirmed your zone selections, click the Save button.

If you can’t find the area that you’re looking for:

Try searching for it by clicking the toggle feature on the upper right-hand side of the map, shown below. 

Once the search box has opened, you may search for a specific city or zip code and make your selection from the dropdown as it appears. You can then toggle specific zip codes on and off by using the toggle feature to the right of the zip code.

When you have confirmed your zone selections, click the Save button.


Updating your service area on the Angi app:

  1. Sign in and click My Business in the bottom right hand corner.

  2. Under Business Management Tools, click on Service Areas.

  3. You'll be taken to a new screen with a map showing your current selections. Note: service areas will be showing in coral red and are editable. Advertising areas will be shown in navy blue and are not editable.

    4. From there, use your finger or stylus to zoom in/out and click the areas you would like to add or remove from your service area. Adding an area will highlight it coral red and removing will turn it white. All zones you want to include in your service area should be highlighted coral red.

    5. After you've made your new selections, click the Save in the top right corner.

If you can’t find the area that you’re looking for:

  1. Try searching for it by clicking List at the top of your screen. You may search for a specific city or zip code and make your selection from the drop down as it appears. 

2. You can then toggle specific zip codes on and off by using the toggle feature to the right of the zip code.  Click the back arrow to go back to List view. 

3. Once you are finished making changes, click the Save button on the top right.


Note: Navy blue advertising areas are not editable. If you wish to change your advertising areas you will need to speak with your Client Success Manager.
