How to Update my Notifications

Ensure that you know about all Angi updates by keeping your notification preferences up-to-date (desktop & Angi app)

Updating your Contact Preferences/Notifications in the Angi for Pros site

  1. Go to the Angi for Pros site and sign in.

  2. Click on your company name in the top right corner. 

  3. Select Personal settings in the drop down menu. 

4. A pop-up box will appear listing all of the different types of notifications you can receive. You can change your email and text (SMS) preferences by checking the checkbox next to those notifications you would like to receive, and un-checking the box next to those notifications you would not like to receive. 

5. Be sure to click on the Save button at the bottom once your are done to save your preferences!
6. Once you save your changes, the pop up box will close and you'll see a page for Personal Details, Address Information and Email & Phone Preferences. Double check that your information is correct in the Personal Details and Address Information sections.
7. The mobile number you wish to receive SMS notifications to will need to be included in the Personal Details section. You can add or edit your mobile number by clicking the Edit button. Clicking the Change Your Email & SMS Preferences button at the bottom will bring the pop up box back up.

Updating your contact preferences/push notifications in the Angi app

  1. Log into your app and click My Business in the bottom right hand corner. 

  2. Once on the My Business tab, you can scroll to the bottom to see your Account Settings.

3. Choose Contact Preferences or Push Notifications to update the notifications you'd like to receive. **Note: You must allow Push Notifications on each mobile device that you'd like to get push notifications on.

4. From either page you can toggle on or off each type of notification you'd like to receive through email, text (SMS), or push notification. After you've completed that, your new preferences will automatically be saved.

Note: While changes often happen automatically, please allow up to 5 days for any edits to take effect.
