You can pause your leads in both the Angi Leads Pro app and Angi Leads site. When using the app or site, leads can be paused for up to 2 weeks. If you need to pause your leads for longer than 2 weeks, please send us a chat message and one of our Support Specialists will be able to assist.
Angi Leads Pro app:
Open the Angi Leads Pro app.
Click the Account icon and then Lead Flow Management.
Select Pause Leads and then choose how long you would like for your leads to be paused.
You will see confirmation that your leads are paused. Your leads will resume automatically on the chosen scheduled date, or you can choose to resume them sooner by selecting Resume Leads Now.
Angi Leads site:
Sign in to the Angi Leads site.
Click the Lead Center tab and select Manage Lead Flow.
Click Pause Leads.
Reminder: You can pause your leads for up to 2 weeks on the site.
Choose the date that you would like to begin pausing your Leads, followed by the date that you would like your leads to resume. Then, select the reason for pausing your leads.
Once your leads have been paused, you will see a confirmation banner on the Manage Lead Flow page, along with the date your leads are scheduled to resume.
If you would like to resume your leads before the scheduled date, follow the same steps above and then click the Resume Leads button. The page will refresh, and you will see a confirmation banner at the top of the page, confirming you are active again.
