You can pause your leads for up to 2 weeks in the Angi Leads Pro app or on the Angi for Pros site. If you need to pause your leads for longer than 2 weeks, please send us a chat message and one of our Support Specialists will be able to assist.
Angi Leads Pro app:
Open the Angi Leads Pro app.
Click the Account icon and then "Leads are:" under Leads settings.
Toggle your leads from ON to OFF and then choose how long you would like for your leads to be paused.
You will see confirmation that your leads are paused. Your leads will resume automatically on the chosen scheduled date, or you can choose to resume them sooner by toggling your leads back ON.
Angi for Pros site:
Sign in to your business account at office.angi.com/login.
Under the Leads tab, click "Manage lead volume."
You'll see whether your leads are On or Off. If On, click "Pause Leads."
Choose start and end dates for your leads to be paused. Then, select the reason for pausing your leads.
If you want to resume your leads before the scheduled date, follow the steps above and then click the "Resume Leads" button.
