We make it easy for you to review your leads and quickly contact new customers. Once you've contacted a lead, update the status to help stay organized and easily identify which leads you've won, lost, or are still in progress.
Angi Leads Pro app:
Open the Angi Leads Pro app.
Click the "Leads" tab to view all of your active leads.
Click an individual lead to view details about the customer and project request.
Within the lead, you can contact the customer by selecting the phone or message icon.
Clicking the phone icon will give you the option to make a video or phone call.
Clicking the message icon will allow you to message the customer through the Angi Leads Pro app. The customer will receive your message via an SMS text notification, as well as in the Angi consumer app. You can select one of the templates shown or craft your own message.
If you prefer to email the customer, click the menu in the upper right corner of the lead.
Once you've contacted the customer, be sure to status the lead by selecting "Set status."
Angi for Pros site:
Sign in to your business account at office.angi.com/login.
You'll immediately be taken to your active leads. Select a lead card to see the details of the lead and contact the homeowner.
Once you've worked the lead, update the status accordingly.
