How to Find Customer Details and Respond to New Leads

You can find customer contact information and easily respond to new leads in the Angi Leads Pro app and Angi for Pros site.

We make it easy for you to review your leads and quickly contact new customers. Once you've contacted a lead, update the status to help stay organized and easily identify which leads you've won, lost, or are still in progress.


Angi Leads Pro app:

  1. Open the Angi Leads Pro app.

  2. Click the "Leads" tab to view all of your active leads.

  3. Click an individual lead to view details about the customer and project request.

  4. Within the lead, you can contact the customer by selecting the Call or Message button.

  • Clicking the Call button will allow you to make a phone call.

  • Clicking the Message button will allow you to message the customer through the Angi Leads Pro app. The customer will receive your message via an SMS text notification, as well as in the Angi consumer app. You can select one of the templates shown or craft your own message.

5. If you prefer to email the customer, click the menu in the upper right corner of the lead.

6. Once you've contacted the customer, be sure to status the lead by selecting "Set status."


Angi for Pros site:

  1. Sign in to your business account at office.angi.com/login.

  2. You'll immediately be taken to your active leads. Select a lead card to see the details of the lead and contact the homeowner.

  3. Once you've worked the lead, update the status accordingly.
