We recommend contacting homeowners as quickly as possible once you receive a new lead. Once you've contacted a lead, update the status to help stay organized and easily identify which leads you've won, lost, or are still in progress.
In the Angi for Pros app:
Sign in to the Angi for Pros app.
Tap the Leads tab to view all of your active leads.
Select an individual lead to view details about the homeowner and project request.
Within the lead, you can contact the homeowner by selecting the Call or Message button.
Tapping the Call button will allow you to make a phone call.
Tapping the Message button will allow you to message the homeowner through the Angi for Pros app. The homeowner will receive your message via an SMS text notification, as well as in the Angi consumer app. You can select one of the templates shown or craft your own message.
If you prefer to email the homeowner, tap the menu in the upper right corner of the lead and tap Send email.
Once you've contacted the homeowner, be sure to status the lead by selecting Set status.
In a web browser:
Sign in to your business account.
Click the Leads tab at the top of the page. Select a lead card to see the details of the homeowner you want to contact.
Use the information displayed to call, text, message, and/or email the homeowner.
Once you've contacted the lead, update the status accordingly.
