The Super Service Award recognizes the best service professionals on Angi for their hard work, dedication and commitment to providing homeowners with excellent service. The award is given annually, with winners of the previous year announced in the first quarter of the new year.
The award was first introduced in 1999 to Angie's List pros (now Angi Ads). In 2021, the Angi Super Service Award replaced the Best of HomeAdvisor Award for Angi Leads pros and in 2023, Angi Services pros (formerly Handy) also became eligible to win the award. The Super Service Award is the premier industry award recognized for over 20 years by homeowners.
How to win:
Angi considers several factors to determine winners. This includes the following criteria:
Obtained three or more services-performed reviews during the review period, which is November 1st of the prior year through October 31st of the current year.
Review period for 2024 winners was November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2024.
Maintained a rating of 4.5 stars.
Are in good standing with Angi currently, and at the time the list of winners was pulled (no Penalty Box, failure to pay ads, or other exclusions).
Angi Leads pros must have been 70% Active for Match throughout the year.
Angi Services pros must have completed at least 50 jobs through the year.
