There are two ways to add your team to Anima.
Option 1 (Recommended)
Open Anima and click 'Settings' in the bottom left and then 'Invite your team'
Fill in their first name, surname, NHS email and role and click 'Send invitation'
If you don’t get an email, reach out to Anima support and we can finish the setup process for you.
Option 2
Step 1: Open Anima and choose standard login
Open Anima (web or desktop).
Web app: https://clinics.animahealth.com/
Desktop app: https://animahealth.com/download
Note: Save to record is only available in the desktop app.
Click Go to standard login.
Step 2: Create your account
Step 3: Verify your email
You should then see a confirmation message telling you your account has been verified.
Step 4: Return to the login page
Go back to the Anima login screen.
Click Return to login page.
Click Login as existing user.
Sign in using the email and password you just created.
Step 5: Link your account to your surgery
After logging in, you’ll be prompted to complete a short form to link your account to your organisation (surgery).
Fill this in and submit.
If you see an error when linking to your surgery
'The profile you are trying to access is inactive.'
This usually means your profile has not been activated.
Ask your Anima administrator to:
Go to Anima Dashboard
Open Settings
Go to Organisation settings
Select Availability and Assignment
Find your name in the list
Click the activate icon on the right-hand side and type activate to confirm
Once they have activated your profile, try logging in again.
