If a document contains multiple clinical letters (e.g. you've scanned multiple letters in one file), you can split them in Anima 'Uploaded' tab. Click once on the multi-page document in the 'Uploaded' tab, and a window will open. You can then specific the pages for each letter, and then click 'Split and upload as separate documents'.
