Archived items are deleted after 30 days. For this reason, we recommend only archiving documents that you are confident will not be needed again.
If a document has been archived and you need to recover it, you can contact our support team. We will do our best to locate and restore the document where possible.
To help us investigate, please include as much detail as you can, including:
The patient’s NHS number
The approximate date the document was archived
The date of the letter
