We are introducing a new feature allowing users to view their products in 3D and embed them on their ecommerce websites, starting with the Shopify platform.

The capture experience of 3D photos
The capture experience is the same than for regular Dolies, see here for guidance.
All modes of capture are supported, but we do encourage users though to use the full 180 mode and the 360 mode, and NOT the quick 180, which lacks the variery of angles the two other modes have.
The recommendations are similar :
ensure to have a high enough physical setup
Clear away your space
Create a uniform lighting
Let your feet do the moving, not your arms
Can I see my older captures as 3D Photos?
You can see older captures in 3D if you reprocess them. A big blue button will encourage you to do so.
How do I embed my captures on my website?
If you are running on Shopify, see our Shopify integration here.
If you are not running on Shopify, this is still a work in progress for us.
Can I download the 3D file?
No, sorry, we are using a new 3D technology which is not compatible with existing 3D software, so you won't be able to do anything with the 3D models.
They are not using compatible with glb, stl, or fbx.
Is the 3D embed part of the Doly mobile plan?
No this feature is part of Essential Plan which is for now only accessible on Shopify.
This plan enables users to integrate up to 50 3D photos on their website.
We are working on other plans for companies which would have bigger needs.
Which CMS are supported?
For now, we are focus on Shopify.
