From the builder, open the Workflow Settings.
Click Select Execution Mode.
Click Clear All.
Note: by default, manual execution mode will always be selected when first configuring a new builder page. If you wish to use another device, you will need to select Clear All first.
Select the devices that you want to use, then click Next to select a deck layout. To learn more, click here.
If you select a liquid handler that has some accessible devices, Synthace will add them automatically.

Deselect an accessible device
If you don’t want to run your workflow on an accessible device that Synthace adds automatically, click the switch to deselect it.
Example: When you set up your liquid handler, you added a plate reader and a plate washer as its accessible devices. You have built a qPCR workflow that does not require the plate reader or the plate washer, so you deselect them.
