The articles in this section explain how to generate manual instructions for scientists to follow in the lab using hand-held pipettes.

When you use Manual Execution mode, Synthace generates human-readable instructions that someone can follow in the lab to carry out the experiment. Interpreting the execution instructions

Below is the instruction set generated from the example workflow in tutorial 1.1

These instructions indicate the volume of each liquid that should be added to the wells of your plate. If there are multiple layers of liquids in each well, each layer will be shown in a separate step.
