This section covers why you should want to import your data into Synthace and what ways exist to do so.
For experiments planned in Synthace the movement of different liquids is already known to the system. This means that it can automatically align metadata like concentrations, sample IDs and volumes at different stages to any measurements taken. Where the experiment is all orchestrated by SynthaceHub the data are automatically uploaded, however for data produced outside of Synthace it’s also possible to add data using one of the pre-existing device parsers or via a simple manual format.
This makes the measurements you’ve taken part of the experimental record for that particular protocol run and allows you to get access to the data in a structured table format for further analysis outside or inside of Synthace. The articles in this section explain how to do this and give notes on format.
How to go about adding data manually to your executions.
Using the DOE data preparation application to align and structure your run data as well as exporting results for analysis in third party tools.
