If you wish to switch between collecting robocolumns fractions in microplates or deep well plates, you must create a separate configuration for each setup.
Collecting in deep well plates
To collect properly in deep well plates, ensure your TeChrom® is raised to the appropriate height and ensure that no spacer is present on the TeChrom® Shuttle Transport.
Save the worktable in Fluent Control and generate a configuration file for Synthace. For more details on how to set up your FLUENT®, click (Miniaturized purification: Tecan FLUENT® Configuration ). Collecting in shallow well plates
To properly collect in shallow well or microplates, create a copy of the worktable in Fluent Control used to create the deep well plate configuration. Add a Spacer to the TeChrom Shuttle Transport, rename the worktable and save the changes.
Tip: To easily distinguish between the two configurations, we recommend including “shallow well” in the worktable name.
Synthace will take into account the geometries of the spacer when running executions.

In Synthace, you can select the proper layout you are using in the Workflow Settings based on your preference.
