The plate-based mixtures interface allows you to define mixture preparation and mix onto actions using a simple plate-based interface.
Mixtures can be described through two different modes: descriptive, where you can provide exact well locations and layer compositions for your liquids, or combinatorial mode, where Synthace will automatically generate all possible combinations of the liquids you provide, according to the concentrations and volumes you provide.
With this new interface, you can easily define the precise plate layout you want, whilst controlling the order of addition of your liquids. You can also quickly preview the resulting mixtures in the Mixtures Preview tab to see that plate layout, or for a more comprehensive overview, check out the table preview.
So whether you are describing mixtures of liquids with Make Mixtures, or adding a new liquid into an existing well location with Mix Onto, plate-based mixtures is here to make your life simpler!
