Before Anuvi can process COBRA enrollments or send compliance documentation, your group must have a signed Anuvi COBRA Services Agreement. Without this, your group may be at risk of noncompliance.

What to Do ✅

  • Check your inbox: The signature request was sent from Anuvi Operations Team via Anvil hello@useanvil.com, this is our secure e-signature platform. Please check emails and spam for the subject line: Sign: Anuvi COBRA Services Agreement (also check spam/junk).

  • Need it resent? If you cannot locate the email or need it resent, please send an email to ops@anuvi.io with your group name, name, email address, and role of your organization’s authorized signer, and we’ll send a new link right away.

  • Have questions? If you have questions or need to verify the transition, you’re welcome to contact Gusto Support directly at cobra@gusto.com.
