What Should I Expect with This Transition? πŸ”„

What action do you need to take and what to expect?

Updated over 7 months ago

As your group transitions from Gusto Basic to Anuvi, here’s what you can expect and what (if anything) you need to do:

Welcome Email πŸ“§

You’ll receive an email from noreply@anuvi.io prompting you to log in and change your password to set up your account.

Accessing Your Groups πŸ—‚οΈ

When you’re in the Anuvi platform you will see your group(s) and potentially the groups of other people that work at your brokerage.

Update Notification Settings πŸ””

You may want to update your setting preferences to ensure you’re notified about the right things for your group(s) and not about everything.

  • To update your settings navigate to the Settings tab on the navigation bar.

  • Choose your notification preferences:

    • Primary: Operational needs for your group(s).

    • Carrier Admin: Carrier-related alerts.

Tasks βœ…

No action needed: You may see tasks that need to be completed, these will be completed by Gusto during the migration, you don't need to take action on these.

Agreements πŸ–ŠοΈ

If your group has not yet signed the COBRA Services Agreement, Anuvi may ask for your assistance in getting it signed before the 1st of the month.

Plans & COBRA Participants πŸ“¦

Anuvi will work with Gusto to port in the plans and the current COBRA enrollees

Timing & Coverage ⏰

The goal is to complete the setup by the first day of the migration month. In reality, some groups may sign late and setup could take an extra 1–2 weeks.

This is okay! There will be no lapse in coverage for participants as long as the group is fully set up within those first couple of weeks.
