Anuvi charges our clients based on the active employees enrolled in company benefits, the number of COBRA enrollees & notices has no impact on your monthly bill. Click on "Billing" on the top of your Anuvi dashboard or this link to manage your billing:
You can download reports from your billing activity here, or click on View Invoices and Manage Payment Methods to manage payment methods, view & download invoices, and make payments. Anuvi manages billing through our industry leading payments processor, Stripe.
Click Pay Invoice to securely add a credit/debit card or a US Bank Account, be sure to click "Save Payment details to Anuvi for future Purchases" so that we can automate this process -- don't worry you can always turn this off and you'll always get invoices directly from us!
