How to add a QE (Qualifying Event)

If you need to manually add a qualifying event to our system here is how!

Two things you want to make sure of before adding a QE

  1. Employee is in the Anuvi platform (if not check out the article How to add a new hire)

  2. The participant experienced a COBRA qualifying event (termination, reduction of hours, divorce, child turned 26 etc).

Here is a video of how to add a QE in less than 4 mins

  1. Navigate to the group name that you're adding a new hire for

  2. Navigate to the employee who experienced the QE in the QB manager tab

  3. Under the quick action section of their profile select "Add Qualifying Event"

  4. Add the details of the QE

  5. Add the Coverage details, click the boxes agreeing to the notices, hit save
